Cancellation and Refund Policy

However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a request for a refund or cancellation. The following policy outlines the cases and conditions related to refunds and cancellations.

 

1. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made before the actual provision of the service or issuance of digital products (such as licenses, files, etc.). If a service is canceled after execution has begun, the case will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed to determine if the customer is eligible for a partial or full refund.

 

2. Refund Policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through customer support within 3 days of the purchase date. Refund requests will be processed according to the following criteria: if the purchased product or service does not meet the agreed standards, or if a product or service was purchased by mistake and not used. Refunds cannot be granted for products or services that have been fully utilized or provided according to the agreed specifications. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

 

3. Company Rights:

  • No Refund for Subscriptions: For annual or monthly subscriptions to digital services or software, refunds cannot be issued after the subscription is activated and the services are utilized.
  • Delay in Cancellation Request: If the customer delays their cancellation request after the actual provision of the service has started, the company reserves the right to deny any refund to the customer based on the completion percentage of the service.
  • Customization and Special Projects: All projects and services customized for clients based on their specific requests (such as software development or special designs) are non-refundable once execution begins, unless previously agreed upon.
  • Data Liability: The company is not responsible for any financial or commercial losses resulting from incorrect or non-compliant use of the services provided, and no refunds will be granted in such cases.
  • Usage Review: When a refund request is submitted, the company reserves the right to review the customer’s use of the service. If it is proven that the service was used in violation of the terms or exploited improperly, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Processing Fees: In some cases, processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the administrative and financial costs incurred by the company.

 

4. Automatic Cancellation:

  • The company reserves the right to automatically cancel the provided service without prior notice in the event of customer violation of any agreed terms and conditions or in the event of delayed payment of due amounts. In such cases, the customer is not eligible for any refunds.

 

5. Technical Cancellation Reasons:

  • If the service cannot be executed due to technical issues not related to the company (such as system problems on the customer’s side or device incompatibility), the customer is not entitled to a full refund, and the possibility of providing a partial refund will be evaluated based on the service status and extent of provision.

 

6. Customer Errors:

  • If the issue leading to the refund or cancellation request is caused by the customer (such as incorrect information entry, failure to adhere to usage instructions, or misunderstanding of the service nature), the customer is not entitled to a refund.

 

7. Discounted Services and Special Offers:

  • Any service purchased under a special offer or at a discounted price may be non-refundable or non-cancellable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds cannot be issued for services used under special offers or discount coupons after service activation.

 

8. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal:

  • In the case of periodic subscriptions that renew automatically, the customer is responsible for canceling the subscription before the specified renewal date if they no longer wish to continue using the service. Any subscription that is automatically renewed is non-refundable after renewal.

 

9. Partial Refund:

  • If a part of the service is provided or work is executed partially at the customer’s request, a partial refund may be considered based on the company’s assessment and the work percentage completed. The company is not obligated to provide a partial refund except in exceptional cases.

 

10. Repeat Customers:

  • In the event of repeated cancellation or refund requests from a particular customer, the company reserves the right to deny any future refund requests or permanently cancel subscriptions with that customer to prevent policy abuse.

 

11. Technical Issues:

  • If the service cannot be executed due to technical issues not related to the company (such as system problems on the customer’s side or device incompatibility), the customer is not entitled to a full refund, and the possibility of providing a partial refund will be evaluated based on the service status and extent of provision.

 

12. Submission of Evidence and Documentation:

  • When submitting a refund request, the customer may be required to provide evidence or documentation proving that the service was not provided as agreed or was not used. The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the required evidence is not provided within the specified time frame.

 

13. Temporary Service Suspension:

  • The company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or halt provided services in the event of disputes or investigations related to customer behavior, without the customer having any right to a refund until the dispute is resolved.

 

14. Periodic Behavior Review:

  • If the company notices abnormal behavior or improper use of the services by the customer, it reserves the right to terminate the service without prior notice, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
