Installment Policy - Top Services
At Top Services, we are committed to providing flexible financial solutions to facilitate payments for our customers. This installment policy is designed to offer convenient payment options while ensuring the company's financial and legal rights are fully protected.
1. Eligibility for the Installment Plan
1.1 The customer must meet all the required conditions to qualify for an installment account.
1.2 The customer’s eligibility will be subject to a thorough credit assessment, and Top Services reserves the right to reject any installment request based on the results, without providing reasons.
1.3 Top Services reserves the right to request additional guarantees from the customer, such as a guarantor or financial security, depending on the value of the amount to be financed.
2. Required Documentation
2.1 The customer must provide all required documents, which may include personal identification, proof of income, a bank statement for the last 6 months, and any additional documents requested by Top Services.
2.2 Top Services reserves the right to reject or suspend any installment request if the required documents are not provided, or if there are discrepancies in the information provided.
3. Installment Duration
3.1 The installment duration will range from 2 to 12 months, based on prior agreement with the customer and the financial assessment by Top Services.
3.2 Top Services reserves the right to adjust the installment period based on the customer’s financial situation or changes in market conditions.
4. Monthly Payments
4.1 The total amount due will be divided into equal monthly installments as per the signed agreement.
4.2 The customer must commit to paying the installments on the specified due dates according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4.3 If the total amount due is adjusted for any reason, Top Services reserves the right to modify the monthly installment amount.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Installments can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, direct debit, or any other electronic payment methods approved by Top Services.
5.2 Payments must be made on time. If there are delays in bank transfers or rejected electronic payments, the customer will be considered late in payment.
6. Late Payment
6.1 Top Services reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to collect overdue installments if the customer is more than 30 days late in payment.
6.2 If the customer is more than 15 days late, Top Services reserves the right to cancel the installment plan and demand immediate payment of the remaining balance.
6.3 The customer is exempt from late payment penalties; however, Top Services reserves the right to suspend services or products provided to the customer until outstanding payments are settled.
7. Cancellation or Amendment of the Installment Plan
7.1 Top Services reserves the right to amend or cancel the installment plan based on internal assessments or customer requests, subject to approval.
7.2 If the customer requests to cancel the installment plan, they must immediately settle all amounts due up to the cancellation date.
7.3 Top Services reserves the right to impose administrative fees for modifying or canceling the installment plan.
8. Rescheduling Installments
8.1 The customer may request to reschedule the installments, subject to Top Services' approval, but the company is not obligated to agree.
8.2 If rescheduling is approved, additional fees may apply, or the terms of the agreement may be changed.
9. Top Services' Right to Refuse Service
9.1 Top Services reserves the full right to refuse any installment request for any reason deemed appropriate, including the customer’s failure to meet the required conditions or unsatisfactory credit evaluation.
9.2 Top Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate the installment service at any time if it is discovered that the customer provided false or misleading information.
10. Additional Guarantees
10.1 Top Services may require additional guarantees, such as a personal guarantor, guarantee checks, or other financial securities before approving the installment plan.
10.2 These guarantees remain in effect until the customer has fully paid all due installments.
11. Customer's Obligations
11.1 The customer must comply with all the terms of the installment agreement, including timely payment of installments and providing any additional documents or guarantees requested by Top Services.
11.2 Any breach of the agreement by the customer justifies Top Services canceling the installment plan and demanding immediate payment of the remaining balance.
12. Administrative Fees
12.1 Administrative fees may apply when providing, amending, or canceling the installment plan. These fees will be disclosed at the time of signing the agreement.
12.2 Top Services reserves the right to impose additional administrative fees for rescheduling or modifying the terms of the agreement.
13. Service Suspension
13.1 Top Services reserves the right to suspend any services provided to the customer in case of payment delays or breach of any agreement terms.
13.2 This suspension includes any services or products not yet delivered to the customer.
14. Policy Updates
14.1 Top Services reserves the right to amend or update the installment policy at any time without prior notice to the customer. Customers are required to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.2 Any changes to the policy apply to both existing and new customers.
15. Legal Actions
15.1 In the event the customer fails to comply with the payment terms, Top Services reserves the right to pursue all legal means to recover the outstanding amounts, including initiating legal proceedings and claiming damages for any losses incurred.
16. Confidentiality
16.1 Top Services is committed to protecting all customer information, including personal and financial details, and will not use such information for purposes outside the scope of the signed agreement.
17. Installment Agreement
17.1 The installment agreement becomes legally binding upon signature by both parties, and the customer must adhere to all terms and conditions stipulated therein.
17.2 Any modifications to the terms of the agreement must be made in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
18. Guarantee Continuity
18.1 All guarantees provided by the customer, including guarantors or financial securities, remain in effect until the full settlement of all outstanding amounts.
19.Customer Responsibility
19.1 The customer bears full responsibility for complying with all terms of the agreement and ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
19.2 Any manipulation or falsification of information gives Top Services the right to cancel the agreement and take legal action.
20. Technical and Financial Support
20.1 A dedicated support team is available to answer customer inquiries and assist with any issues related to installment plans. Customers can reach the support team via the approved contact methods.
21. Awareness of Terms
21.1 These terms and conditions shall apply regardless of whether the customer is aware of them or not. By entering into the installment agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms, and agrees to comply with them fully.
22. Service Cancellation Policy
22.1 Top Services reserves the right to cancel the service provided to the customer if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
22.2 If the customer decides to cancel the service, they must settle all outstanding amounts up to the cancellation date.
22.3 Top Services reserves the right to impose administrative fees upon cancellation of the service.
22.4 The customer will be notified of the cancellation and any additional actions required regarding their account.
22.5 In the event of service cancellation, Top Services may pursue legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.
